This role sees you generating revenue from leads, sources, new client development, and selling directly into customers while leveraging our channel/partner community. You will be expected to achieve revenue sales targets and provide accurate pipeline and forecast updates giving visibility into this growing business. This role is a unique opportunity for a sales professional that is independently motivated and eager to penetrate an emerging market.
- Several years relevant field based sales experience or extensive inside sales experience within the security industry
- Solutions-selling experience in software, or other security solutions
- Successful track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong customer relationships on all levels with contacts at C level
- Understanding of broad range of security and networking technologies.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing from end customers and also partnering with the channel
- An ability to present effectively, and to sell, to high-level executive while simultaneously serving the needs of system/network admins
