Our client, an oil and gas logistics and facility services company have an opportunity for a Commercial Contract Coordinator for a permanent position to be based in Lagos, Nigeria
The Contract Coordinator has the role of monitoring the activity of a specific group of clients in country by visiting them and ensuring complete follow up from marketing intelligence, contract preparation, negotiation and execution, to collection of outstanding payments. You will have precise marketing and financial objectives and performance will be monitored against these.
You will also implement the commercial company manual; Visit on regular basis the client(s) and ensure that relevant information is collected; Analyze revenue and operations statistics of clients; Promote client visit to company facilities; Ensure that all company activities are effectively presented; Comply with existing business administrative procedures for the preparation of a commercial offers; Engineer the preparation of commercial offers; Organise tender review and obtain line management approval prior to tender submission; Follow up proposal submission, clarifications and any further business negotiations; Finalise contract signature and ensure that proper hand over to company departments is executed; Carry on complete supervision and management of contract in liaison; Responsible to check timely submission of invoices, tracking of invoices inside the client system, timely payments according to
contract terms and ensure that client administrative procedures are clearly understood and followed.
You will have a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years experience.
It is essential that you are fluent in French and English for this position.
