Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with major emphasis on - cash control, sales accounting documentation, stock controls, audit report compliance, day to day internal controls review and process improvements in showrooms and service Centres.
Ensure proper Revenue Recognition principles are adopted by the company and ensure adequate revenue recognition process is implemented in the company.
Ensure proper process and procedures are in place in the company and help business document and adopt correct policies and procedures.
Review and implement proper procedures for petty cash reimbursement and disbursement. Ensure that such procedure is properly followed at all locations.
In charge of Training
Ensure on-going training of Cashiers / Branch Accountants / Branch Accounts Managers on all issues related to Sales Accounting and related controls
Devise and implement a training program for training of new joiners (Cashiers / Branch Accountants/ BAMs.) (B)
Update sessions on group policies and procedures with company staff.
Co-ordinate with GM Operations on setting up policy / Procedures.(Sales and After sales.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Chartered Accountant (or similar qualification)
Minimum Experience: 4/5 years’ experience in Automotive dealership or retail environment
Job-Specific Skills: Analytical, process oriented, good communication skills, exposure to ERP
Behavioural Competencies: Should be able to plan and prioritize tasks, persuasive skills, Kaizan attitude, Self starter; and a strong team player.
