Job Description

• New Hire Training for Communication Skills.
• Support calls monitors and transition interventions.
• Interviewing candidates for voice and accent trainability.
• Work with the business to determine the areas of opportunity and build interventions to support them.
• Conduct Re-fresher trainings.
• Multi tasking and MIS management. 


• At least 3 years Communications Trainer experience
• Must have experience in call center/customer service areas.
• Must have excellent knowledge / exposure to the American Culture
• Good understanding of Inbound and Outbound calls C-sat trends
• Excellent Communications Skills (Both Written & Verbal)
• Excellent facilitation skills. 
• Ability to Train, Coach for both service and sales
• Ability to transfer knowledge & check applicability
• Strong Stress & Time Management Skills
• Self Starter, Flexible and Willing to Stretch for Business Needs
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Team player and willing to learn from peers
• Computer knowledge to which includes Office applications.
