Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ICSA qualified (or part-qualified) Company Secretarial Assistant or Part Qualified Lawyer to join our Risk and Legal Secretariat function based in Edinburgh


  • To provide a full company secretarial service to trading entities in the Insurance Division
  • Perform the role of full company secretary to selected subsidiary boards and or committee's
  • Insurance adherence to the groups corporate governance framework and relevant risk policies
  • Involvement in complex and wide ranging projects within a company secretarial context
  • Monitor and support a rang of processes and systems
  • Collate and compile relevant reporting with own/supported area
  • Demonstrate core LBG Values and behaviours


  • ICSA qualified or part-qualified (or qualified Lawyer)
  • Experience with subsidiary governance will be preferred
