Job Description

Maintain and manage professional as well as courteous client relations inclusive of client, vendor along with internal team.
• Participate actively in all safety meetings.
• Perform entire work activities as per established safety and secured procedures.


Assist the civil engineer in carrying out planning and designing process in a construction process.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of the project as well as administrative tasks
• Maintain the work calendar of the project manager
• Take instructions of the project manager and implanting them effectively
• Take part in team meetings of the research and development department
• Prepare presentations for important meetings
• Place purchase orders as per the need of the engineer
• Identify the changes required in a construction project and informing the seniors about the changes
Skills and Specifications
• Necessary to have effective communication skills
• Must have the ability to give attention to detail
• Must have basic computer skills
• Needs to have good assistance skills
• Should have the ability to maintain data
• Needs to have good writing ability as they have to prepare presentations.


Vocational course in construction company after high school

HND, BSC in any related course
