Reporting to the Head of Advisory, you will be responsible for the design and development of the company’s training program as well as provide high-level consultancy services to the company’s clients. In this capacity you will be expected to:
Provide external viewpoints, analyzing the client's requirements to come up with detailed and appropriate business solutions.
Recommend ways to reduce costs and increase profits by examining areas like financial transactions, productivity, technology, and training.
Build the company’s training business by acquiring new clients and resuscitate old clients.
Develop, implement, administer and maintain training managementsystems for the company’s clients.
Organize, develop and facilitate training workshops/programs to meet specific training needs.
