Job Description

This position is responsible for the management of continuous improvement within Executive Education. Through identifying, implementing and managing improvement initiatives, this role will be the focal point for improvement projects across all teams.

 The role also leads on ensuring procedures are in place and for auditing them.

In addition, this position must ensure sharing and capturing of essential knowledge across Executive Education is achieved


Ability to prioritise and make a significant contribution to the knowledge management strategy, you will be capable of forward planning, and seeking ways to continually improve.

 You will be highly motivated and an excellent communicator both (verbal and written) ensuring your initiatives and projects are successfully managed and implemented with success.
