• To effectively monitor and review the application and implementation of Contracts Payment Procedure.


• Monitor and review Contracts Payment Process Administration Process
• Monitor and review adherence and application of contract terms and conditions to Contracts Payment Process
• Review Contractors Payments, ensuring validity, accuracy, completeness and compliance to Vat Legislation
• Review and Authorize Contract Payment reconciliations
• Management of Critical Supplier and the payments thereof
• Monitor, maintain and review Contracts Creditors Age Analysis
• Provide input to Contracts Section monthly reporting
• Manage Team’s financial year end deliverables


• Essential qualifications and experience
• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Supervisor in a Capital Expenditure environment with similar responsibilities
• 3 years’ working experience as a Procurement Administrator
• 2 years’ working experience as a Creditors Clerk
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite and SAP (AP Module)
• Desirable qualifications
• Diploma in Project Management
• Diploma in Project Accounting


• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite & SAP – AP Module)
• Strong Accounts Payable knowledge
• Strong Procurement knowledge i.e. understanding of tender process and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of Contracts / Project Administration
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Report writing skills
