Job Description

Handle contract management, negotiations, request for proposals (RFP), and renewals for account procurement

Contracts to be managed are related to IT infrastructure purchases
Prepare documentation needed to get approval for all procurement transactions (eg. SOW, regional review package, etc)
Monitor and document vendor performance against contracts and SLAs

Perform simulation on costs and potential savings from procurement transactions
Manage financial accruals/reversals and invoice approvals for purchases made
Work with account team on all procurement requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May have Master’s degree in related field.

Often holds entry-level certification(s) in work field.

May hold intermediate-level certification(s) in work field.

Typically 5+ years of relevant experience

Strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills that will be able to communicate effectively at all levels

Strong ability to work under pressure / Flexible and self-motivated

Excellent organization and coordination skills, process-oriented

Good negotiation skills

Knowledgeable in basic accounting practices

Knowledgeable in procurement practices like RFPs and contract negotiations
