Food Preparation Specializations:
Stocks, soups and sauces, Eggs and dairy, Cold kitchen (salads, appetizers, sandwiches), Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms, Meat, Pasta, Fish, Seafood
Minimum of OND in food and nutrition or any related field,with good communication skills
