Job Description

To lead the sales effort in the corporate Sales Department and be the deputy to the department manager. Provide sales support and ensure administration and logistics support is smoothly delivered leading to increased sales and margin and increased customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities


  • Reporting & assisting directly to the Head of Corporate , on all daily Corporate sales activity

  • Assisting the BSM with weekly forecasting

  • Managing working shift and reporting any absentees

  • Assisting the NSM to manage, guide & coach the sales team to the AFM sales process

  • Conduct sales meeting in the absence of the NSM

  • Monitoring sold units from order to invoice & delivery, including stock aging

  • Assisting the NSM to comply to AFM process for tagging & de-tagging of stock

  • Maintaining professional working relationships with all AFM outlets

  • Identify sales of individual stock for availability keeping the sales team up to date and informed

  • Assist in handling all customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion

  • Negotiate with largest Bulk accounts to secure sales volume, mix and margin each month. Ensure retention of and development of our existing customers by providing best in market customer service and support (ensure Bulk salesman quickly respond to and follow up all sales enquiries to meet critical Bulk buyer timeframes) and competitive pricing.  Explore opportunities to grow the Bulk business.

  • Familiar with procedures for handling international business such as Shipping Insurance Bank transactions and LCs

  • Ensure all Corporate team members adhere to all department systems, procedures & policies, specifically duty drawback. Monitor duty draw back & ensure claims are completed for each unit and that the Corporate  team stay updated on changes in customs procedures that are then reflected in the SOP.
  • Requirements

    • Business Management qualifications highly desirable
    • Good knowledge of MS Office products
    • Minimum Experience:   8+ year’s sales experience, including exposure to Export sales within the GCC region.
    • You should be goal driven & consistently achieving all your required Sales Targets.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • You will have strong customer relation skills & have the ability & confidence to resolve customer complaints
    • Be a strong leader & have the ability to plan & have good time management skills
    • You must have SAP & good PC Skills.
    • Hold A UAE driving licence
    • Adept at using effective communication and influencing skills to gain commitment and support from a wide range of stakeholders
    • Self-motivated, resilient, enthusiastic and passionate about the brand
    • Project management experience  to deliver performance improvement or change
    • Team player and strong leadership experience
