A self starter and dynamic PhD with extensive experience in managing a business school is sought to head up Regenesys in Nigeria.
The incumbent will take full responsibility for local operations in that country.
Develops and recommends annual business plans and supporting budgets to the Board.
Develops and manages and sales and marketing strategy to achieve budgets.
Manages the daily operations of the office with particular emphasis on meeting sales targets.
Ensures adequate staff and structures are available for the effective functioning of the office.
Ensure compliance with all Regenesys policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with all Nigeria legislation and statutory requirements
Represents and markets Regenesys in all meetings with clients, potential clients and stakeholders.
PhD or MBA will be advantageous.
Minimum 10 years programme management experience preferable in an academic or services environment
Financial planning and budgeting
Extensive sales management experience
Ability to network and market Regenesys
Ability to communicate and present, both verbal and written at all levels.
Good understanding of the education sector
Excellent PC skills
Ability to write and develop reports.
