Purpose of the Role
First Level support for all SAP WMS operations in the warehouse. Responsible for providing technical support and management for CSO SAP. Responsible for driving process changes in the SAP WMS operations in Unilever warehouses. Impacting directly on the company’s bottom line.
Manage process/data/system change requests from CS/ 3PL and co-ordinate with regional support team
Liaise between 3PLand Unilever support team on all SAP WMS operations
To ensure smooth cutover operations from the current DC to the Mega DC.
Maintain process documentation
Maintain process related training material.
Maintain data definitions in SAP
Maintain interfaces between standard applications SNC, DBR and SAP WMS
Provide technical support and management for CSO SAP applications including SAP WMS
Test and roll-out system changes, new releases and patches
Support users in training material evolves
Responsible for process improvement by coming up with improvement strategies in CSO processes. Impacting directly on the company’s bottom line.
Engage internal customers on performance, gaps, issues and causes.
