Account Managers influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behaviour. Account Managers design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us.
Minimum education of BA/BS Degree
Proven success from school or work experience that demonstrates skills in leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
Success in school may be defined as being among the top graduates of his/her respective batch (top 10-15%ile of graduating batch)
Leadership is defined experience in leading school / student / non-school organizations (ie has had leadership positions in the past - President / Vice-Pres / Asst. Vice-Pres positions)
Work experience up to 2 years in Sales or a related field will be an asset but it is not a requirement
