Job Description

·  Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services.

·  Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

·  Communicate complaints or any major issue to appropriate personnel.

·  handling customer complaints or any major incidents

·         Call-in and pick-up delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, and DHL etc.).

·  Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

·  Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.

·  Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.

·  Learning about the organization’s products and services and keeping up to date with changes.

 

 

Responsibilities

Requirements

· Minimum of HND from a reputable institution.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proficiency in the use of computer - internet skills including e-mails, group messaging, MS office (word, excel, outlook, access).

· Highly organised and ability to cope with competing demands.

· Personable/highly presentable.

· Excellent phone etiquette.

· Must be fluent in English language (Ability to speak other language  will be an added advantage)

· Minimum of 2years working experience
