Customer Service Sr. Representatives’ main task is to accept phone calls through phone and assist medical providers with inquiries about their medical billing, patient’s health insurance and information, and health issues. They have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and unforgettable to our customers.
Call Center customer service experience is preferred but not required
Healthcare background is preferred but not required
Must have excellent English communications skills
Must be customer service focused, articulate, and posses good phone etiquette
Must be a strong and patient listener
Bachelor degree holders with no call center experience are welcome to apply
Undergraduates/Diploma/Associate degree holders must have 1 year relevant work experience
