  • Provides customer service support to Nelson Super Store by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
  • Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Prepares customer service summary reports and coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.



  • Developing and implementing a customer service policy for the entire organisation.
  • Discovering new ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve our services.
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone, email and video conference.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions with customers.
  • Providing weekly report on customer issues.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Research billing issues.
  • Research misapplied payments.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
