Job Description

  • Developing and implementing a customer service policy for the entire organisation.
  • Discovering new ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve our services.
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone, email and video conference.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions with customers.
  • Providing weekly report on customer issues.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Complete call logs and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
