The Group Design office team is accountable for driving a step change improvement in the complete set of experiences that a customer or client has with Barclays - before, during and after each and every interaction.
Acting as a champion for Customer Experience across the will business, the Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects which lead to the creation of an industry leading customer experience. You will identify customer and client needs and expectations and measure current performance at various touch points to design aspirational experiences which give Barclays significant competitive advantage.
