  • Solve and Investigate customer’s long - standing or complex problems/issues
  • Communicate politely with customers by email, letter, face to face, telephone and other communication tools
  • Develop complaint or feedback procedures for the use of customers
  • Supervise the customer service teams to learn about the products and services of the organization
  • Develop the customer services standards, policies and procedures for the organization or department
  • Analyse the data or statistics to identify the customer service level, the organization is providing
  • Regularly conduct market research, market analysis and making market forecasts on real estate trends and consumer behaviour
  • Preparation of a sales plan which would be further broken down into measurable quarterly targets and objectives
  • Identification and analysis of business opportunities and presentation of relevant reports through senior manager – project development to executive management
  • Development and maintenance of client database and extraction thereof from  relevant data useful for the future articulation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Oversee scheduling of site visitation with clients
  • Become involved in clients escalation to ensure timely resolution of their snag issues with the construction teams
  • Conduct post escalation reviews as warranted develop and present recommendation on escalation prevention strategies
  • Take responsibility for successful project handover to clients with minimum or without snag issues
  • Organize site audit with construction and project monitoring unit teams to ensure both internal and external works are in good condition


  • Minimum of OND in any related field in Business Administration / Estate Management 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.
