Reporting to: Business Development Manager (BDM)
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the BDM in managing the company s interactions with current and future customers, relate with the population, organize, synchronize sales, marketing, customer service and technical support.
Work with the team to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, improving customer lifetime value.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services of the company
Interact with customers and partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Cross sell products more effectively.
Help the BDM close deals faster.
Simplify marketing and sales process by tracking end to end sales process.
Discover new customers.
To assist the BDM with ideas and further development of the CRM and Website leading to continuous improvement.
Increase Company s revenues.
B.Sc, B.A, HND in any course preferably Engineering degree in telecom.
Experience: 3 to5 years Sales/ Marketing/ Business development.
Fluency in English.
Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
Knowledge of sales and outstanding relationship building skill.
Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of telecom solution product and services will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft application.
