Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities. Improving the overall customer relationship delivering reliable administrative support and customer services. Acknowledging customer and treating them in courteous manner.
Finding out what information products or services the customers require to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information. Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company. Assist in the analysis of customer trend to enhance sales and services management and per-requirements. Sales activity planning including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunity.
Minimum of Diploma in any field. Fluency in English. Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skill. Knowledge of sales and relationship building process. Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage. Must be able to work under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.
