Job description:

  • Log all formal complaints and generate customer complaint ticket number.
  • Service requests/Complaints and its resolution, including the maintenance of customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Provides informed response to customer on general enquiries and requests.
  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of complaints from customers.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Receives and deal with inquiries and/or contacts the Service Units or Service Centres to ensure complaints are routed, resolve a variety of complaints/issues.
  • Participates and provides professional expertise as a member of the customer care team.



  • Responsible for actively ensuring the retention customer base which includes intelligently promoting the organization to existing customers through customer relations.
  • Works with other business units, service units and service centres to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance service delivery.
  • Responsible for notifying administration of any required updates of customer records internal database.
  • Provides back-up support to other staff members in the performance of job duties Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding the firm service delivery to customers.
  • Adheres to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements and is welcome to suggest adjustments to policies and guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.

  • Supports/participates in the Continuous Improvement Program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and proper use of furniture and equipment within the Customer Service area.




  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Should have the desired etiquette to talk over the telephone with clients.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Should be thorough professional.
