As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide best 'in-class' service to our growing customer base.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for maximising service excellence to all customers through the effective management of the stock and order process.
You must have a good standard of education, which includes, at a minimum, GCSEs in the maths and English. Strong English communication skills are also key.
As a Customer Service Executive, you must also have the ability to deal with a variety of customers and establish rapport with a diverse range of people. Additionally, you must be attentive to detail, systematic and process driven, extremely IT literate, flexible and self-motivated.
A passion for pets would be highly advantageous but more important is your overriding desire to not only achieve KPIs, but to exceed them. Previous experience gained within an office environment, ideally within order capture role, would also be beneficial
