Job Description

• Sort out and organize orders based on post codes
• Log in via backend access of website to ensure that orders are recorded and lodged properly based on correct order process
• Look for errors in orders and contact customers to resolve these errors via email
• Send and coordinate orders to the warehouses
• Respond to customer service enquiries via email
• Occasional research on relevant and required topics
• Other admin duties as instructed
• Prepare and send report as guided and scheduled


• Good customer service skills that's more of "Ace Hotel" than "corporate" in tone
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Excel
• Prior experience in relevant post/role of at least 2 years
• Careful attention to detail
• Great English skills specially in written communications with capacity to proofread for grammar and spelling
• Fast typist with 100% accuracy
• Highly reliable, efficient and capable of great coordination with team members and other involved parties
• Committed and has stable internet connection
