Job Summary:

  • Customer interfacing via phone
  • Assume accountability for client satisfaction through superior customer service, product knowledge and assurance of timely and accurate follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues via systematic input
  • Must be able to express empathy towards customer perspective and understand diversity
  • Maintain professionalism under all circumstances
  • Independently resolve some level of customer issues where policy and procedures are not clear cut
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement.
