Job Description

We are recruiting customer-oriented service representative that will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our focus is to ensure excellent service and maintain maximum customer satisfaction


    Generate sales leads,

    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,

    Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication,

    Meet personal/team sales targets,

    Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives       within the time limits,

    Take the extra mile to engage customers


Minimum of HND in any discipline.


     Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters,

     Excellent communication and presentation skills,

     Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
