• He/She will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers and partners.

•He/She will be responsible of software implementation, Integration capability and business consulting service line.

•He/She will be responsible for the direction and strategic management of Customer Service aspects within the organisation.

•He/She will Seek out opportunities to improve business processes to provide superior customer service.

•He/She will Act as the ultimate escalation point of contact for meeting customer needs, handling customer complaints and service requests.

•He/She will Plan, develop and implement the business development strategy to increase the company’s profitability.

• He/She will Proactively involved in expanding the client base beyond regional boundaries.

• Devise marketing strategies and propose appropriate tactical plans to achieve them.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close of negotiation contractual agreement and Project Implementation.

• Mentor team members and ensure that skill levels and quality of work are kept at high standards.
