Handle customers’ correspondence, emails, instant messages (IM), phone queries and requests in a tactful and timely manner. Handle inquiries regarding delivery, post-sales, transaction and payment support. Review current customer support processes, challenge and suggest improvements where necessary. Develop strategies for servicing key accounts better, delivering earlier and identifying in-season opportunities. Oversee the Returns process and modify where necessary. Actively participate and contribute to internal Business Analysis and Project meetings, providing insights and reporting as and when required. Oversee and ensure accurate order entry and processing order amendments and cancellations, ensuring the orders are exact and up to date at all times.
