You’ll develop a detailed understanding of customer behaviour and product performance through analysis and you’ll use what you learn to develop our overall proposition, making sure our products and pricing are compelling, competitive and understood, and that they’re delivering our revenue objectives. What’s more, you’ll conduct reviews of all product activities, updating management on a routine basis.
You'll need a track record of designing and marketing successful financial services products and a detailed knowledge of current accounts and transaction processing. A high level of expertise in product management practices and disciplines is a must, and we’ll need to see experience of using analytics to solve business problems. Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels are also vital.
