- Media Planning/Buying
» Monitor online buying strategies and adjust as necessary.
» Actively seek digital solutions and programs to assist prospects and clients in achieving specific goals/objectives while providing strategic direction and planning/buying strategies for digital media campaigns.
» Create advertising proposals (media plans) and negotiate terms.
» Work with Ad Operations Team to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance
» Initiate and participate in strategy sessions with account teams and buyers in response to specific client needs and/or proactive brainstorming.
» Identify up-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amount.
- Analytic Leadership
» Analyze the results of the online media campaigns in order to optimize maximum profitability.
» Interface with appropriate divisions to track and close estimates.
» Provide budget and expenses summaries.
» Resolve billing discrepancies
- Man Management
» Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects within the digital space including display, mobile and video.
» Understand and communicate the organization’s priorities to ensure team’s alignment with Group’s objectives
» Supervise assigned personnel (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, training, evaluating, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing productivity of staff, and ensuring that department outcomes are achieved
» Oversee workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements
» Ensure proper induction of new employees
» Responsible for conducting periodic performance appraisal to all assigned staff, and for growth, development, engagement and motivation, coaching and guiding of the department’s employees.
University Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
5 – 8 years in digital media planning in multinational agencies, preferably on airline account
