Responsible for Sales & PR activities with external institutions in Ghana (Accra) for providing a complete shopping experience for our lst class customers, involving product knowledge and excellent service.
• Bringing to our valuable customers the best services and satisfying their needs
• Frequently visiting our customers and ensuring that they have a full product availability
• Creating additional selling tools (magazine, client database update, mailing lists)
• Maintaining the global company image by adhering to our internal guidelines Delivering goods in an organized way
• Benchmarking the permanent local competition
• Finally, training staff for their own development
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in marketing communication and business or related field with at least 2 years of experience in similar operations/shops.
• Knowledge of the luxury branded consumer goods industry or Commercial representative experience is an advantage
• Fixed monthly salary and variable commissions based on sales or turnover
