We have two opportunities available both roles will involve you across the full media mix. Drawing on your experience of delivering data-driven direct marketing campaigns in a regulated industry, you’ll plan and deliver world class media plans and direct marketing campaigns that attract, engage and connect with our customers.
Join us as Direct Marketing Consultant(s) and you’ll lay the groundwork for how we reach our general insurance customers. One role will concentrate on offline communications. The second role will concentrate more on broadcast, tv, press, radio and outdoor.
Tapping the resources of an in-house department which designs and delivers marketing activities, you’ll also expertly brief creative and media agencies to make sure they understand that the customer promise is at the heart of everything we do.
A dynamic marketer, your analytical skills will enable you to evaluate the success of our marketing activity, too. You’ll assess results of previous campaigns, competitor strategies, customer preference (including channel, creative and media) and return on investment (ROI) — and use that insight to make future activity that much more targeted and effective. What’s also special is that, no matter how deeply involved you get, you have the awareness to step back, see the bigger picture and maintain full quality control.
Seeing creative strategies through from planning to evaluation, you’ll have the financial acumen, understanding of our markets and knowledge of the wider financial services regulatory environment needed to compile and manage budgets, too.
