Job Description

Purpose Statement

The role holder’s primary responsibility is to increase the conversion rate on the DealDey website.  The head of DSA will be responsible for the coordination, management and development of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs)


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous improvement of customer experience on the DealDey website
  • Increase customer acquisition through quality customer service
  • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues
  • Increase customer knowledge on all company products and services
  • Educate customers on how to purchase on the DealDey website
  • Responsible for ensuring that the DSAs achieve high levels of performance and KPIs are met
  • Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms
  • Direct selling, Telesales and field sales
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports
  • Manage Social Media and generate sales through other social media channels like BBM, WhatsApp etc
  • Any other responsibilities assigned


Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • This position requires a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing 
  • Candidate must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills (Written & Oral)
  • Ability to plan, schedule, delegate and coordinate effectively is very essential
