Job Description

Direct and coordinate activities of chairperson of individual units

Advises on personnel matters

Determine scheduling of courses and recommends implementation of additional courses

Coordinate activities of student advisors

Participate in activities of faculty committes anfd in development of academic matters

 Advise PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT/RECTOR (Education) on academic programs

Establish and manage the recruitment, retension and reward efforts

Manage relocation and other staffing administration requirements

Mentor and coach the staffing team as well as other members of the organization

Develop, establish, evaluation and recommend modifications to systems for staffing, selection, tracking, analysis, reporting and testing as needed for continuous improvement and legal compliances

Develops and manages annual staffing expenses forecast and budget

Requirements

Msc. Social sciences, Business Administration, Human resourses, Management or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years progressive, professional experience required

Ph.D prefered

Additional prefessional certification also prefered
