Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing within the limits of the established hotel policies and procedures, oversees day to day sales efforts of Business Development Managers/Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training and implementing action plans set forth in the Marketing plan.
Diploma/degree holder in Sales and Marketing or Hotel Management.
At least 2-3 years similar experience in the similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic language.
With strong salesmanship and proven track of selling and maximizing revenue.
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and strong leadership and a good team-player.
Problem Solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
