Drives all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to maximize rooms revenue and ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the Department. Provides current, accurate information on both the internal reservation and external situation with which hotel operates. Implements marketing programs aiming to enhance the company image and customer loyalty. Provides supervision and Training to Reservations team based on the company culture. Implements action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. Handles guests visa requests.
