Ensuring National Development initiatives are well communicated and fully supported.
Consulting on workforce planning activities in order to optimise staffing levels, productivity and service standards in the most cost effective manner.
Managing senior management and key HOD appointments ensuring timely and effective recruitment and on-boarding.
Ensuring the effective implementation of company wide Human Resources policies, procedures and practices in accordance with the company objectives and UAE legislative requirements.
Advise and coach management on employee relations and performance management issues.
Ensuring all activities in performance management process are effectively executed so that colleagues have the opportunity to participate, receive feedback and given opportunities to develop.
Coordinating & drive talent management process in order to ensure talent management is fully embraced and the benefits fully realised.
Regularly coaching, mentoring and supporting senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.

Hold a recognised degree or qualification in Human Resources Management or in a similar discipline.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Generalist Human Resources role wherein a minimum of 2 years gained in supervising or managing a team and working within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) with highly effective communication and influencing skills, showcasing evidence of inspirational leadership with strong business acumen.
