Job Description

(a) Directs the activities of internal or external training. Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation.
(b) Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with employees and Business Entities to ensure effectiveness of training. Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training.
(c) Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group, including improving training and contributing to business metrics.
(d) Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
(e) Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions with team members.
(f) Oversees the planning of course design and support documentation.
(g) Ensures training program(s) and curriculum meet company and customer objectives.
(h) Maintains communication with internal and external customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
(i) Coordinates the staffing and scheduling of training.
(j) Motivates staff and creates team cohesion.
(k) Acts as an informational source on organizational practices and procedures.
(l) Takes lead in addressing both internal and external issues regarding training design and delivery.
(m) Oversees the creation of training content that will be implemented globally throughout the regions.
(n) Ensures the content and delivery of training materials are appropriately tailored to the specific audience (regional and local country considerations).

Requirements

(a) 10 years of relevant experience in providing management in a senior operating role in a comparably sized revenue cycle management business.
(b) 8 years leadership experience.
(c) Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related field.
(d) Expert understanding of applicable technical and functional content areas and industry trends.
(e) Proven ability to establish and drive strategies and lead large teams.
(f) Build and maintain excellent senior leadership/executive level relationships with cross- functional teams.(a) 10 years of relevant experience in providing management in a senior operating role in a comparably sized revenue cycle management business.
