Job Description

The Distribution Sales Manager for the EMEA region will be based in the UK (we may be open to other European locations) and is responsible for building relationships and driving Broadcom’s technology agenda with our Distribution partners in the EMEA region, including developing strategies to leverage these relationships. 
Candidate must be able to quickly assess current Distributor strengths and develop appropriate programs to maximize Distributor’s marketing and technical resources to increase Broadcom revenue. 


Develop, communicate, and drive regional channel strategy in EMEA

Directly manage EMEA multiple distribution partners

 Align with sales and BU teams to implement platform sales strategies at tier 2/3 customers utilizing channel resources

Implement and manage programs and processes (including quotes, opportunities, account reviews) to drive distributor actions and accountability for driving Broadcom business


Minimum 10 years of sales experience managing distribution and/or sales teams for semiconductor companies with technically complex products

Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering or related, preferred

Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels of internal and external customers/partners

Must be aggressive, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to achieve goals

Must be able to align strategies of various Broadcom product lines, Broadcom sales team and the distributor 

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Business degree or equivalent work experience a minimum 10+ years’ experience managing high-tech semiconductor channel partners strongly preferred.

Previous experience selling or marketing networking and/or wireless communication devices a plus.

Ability to build executive relationships with Distribution Partners is a must.

Must be able to understand, promote and train on relevant Broadcom product and create, monitor and execute appropriate strategies to grow design win revenue.
