Job Description

We at Al Tayer are looking for a Document controller for our Projects team to provide all the necessary documentation and administrative support and assist in the entire cycle and completion of projects .


As a Document Controller you shall provide manage the documentation system for efficient storage and retrieval of documents, collate and maintain status reports, full administration of projects throughout the planning, implementation and dissemination of project cycle, maintain and update all necessary records, track  estimates, order changes, work authorizations and manage invoices .

You shall also assist in preparation of the LPO's, prepare detailed comparison reports and coordinate with the clients and the consultants.


As a Document controller you shall have a Bachelors Degree in any specialization and atleast 2 – 3 years work experience of administrative / coordination support in the construction / projects industry in UAE.

You shall be a self motivated, assertive and driven individual with knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects (or equivalent software) excellent communication skills bringing along high analytical ability with a good eye for detail, exceptional organization and team playing skills .
