Maintains the Project and Engineering Document Filing system. MAXIMO system follow up, budget request, AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) and Drawing / Vendor records, stationary requirements and computer consumables for project division.
- Higher Diploma or equivalent certificate
- 2 to 3 years experience in Document Control and related general administrative work.
- Knowledge of MS word, excel, powerpoint & access application, MS project and Visio.
- Exposure to Document Management System Software.
