In this role, you will:
Work with the best IT professionals in the industry, dealing with cross-functional technical and business teams on a daily basis.
Manage IT projects and do process analysis in order to meet the needs of HP's premier client, one of the world's largest supply chains.
Hone your software development skills by working on large-scale projects.
You will also have the opportunity to learn other related technologies, programming languages and systems. In addition, you will also work towards valuable IT certifications, as required by the projects you will work on.
Daily follow-up of massage delivery
Ensure that Service desk tickets are completed and closed within SLA
Own and resolve agreed types of incidents via implementing pre-defined solution from Support Current Best Approaches (CBAs) as well as via independent troubleshooting
Communicate progress/updates, to the identified recipient on the application
Communicate downtime due to PI maintenance, to the identified recipient on the application Key User List
Graduate of any IT or Engineering Course
Ability to communicate self and ideas clearly
Ability to analyze processes for areas for improvement
Interest in learning more about the IT industry, IT Certifications and the overall business
Candidate must be open to working in shifting schedules. For candidates who will be assigned to the Midshift or Nightshift, a highly competitive Shift Premium will be paid on top of the Monthly Salary.
