Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced EHS Consultant to work on a Government Sector EHSMS Project in Abu Dhabi.

Working in a multi-disciplined team of management consultants providing a comprehensive service to our clients, this is a great opportunity to gain experience within an internationally renowned consultant.



Technical Competencies


  • Qualified with a degree (preferably in a related discipline)

  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience. 

  • Excellent working knowledge of industry practices/ safety/quality management systems.

  • Computer literacy and excellent

  • Minimum NEBOSH International General Certificate qualification
  • 14001 and 18001 internal/Lead Auditor qualification

  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi EHSMS requirements would be advantageous

Behavioural Competencies

  • Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and commitment to projects

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive manner

  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken English essential


Reporting to the Senior Health and Safety Consultant, your duties will include the following:

  • EHSMS System Gap Analysis to Abu Dhabi EHS Centre Requirements

  • EHSMS Awareness Training

  • Risk Assessment Training

  • Risk Assessment Reviews

  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures

  • EHS Auditor Training

  • Other duties as requested from time to time
