Job Description

The EMEIA Regional Travel & Supplier Leader will provide leadership and support in the following areas:-
•Provide leadership and guidance to the EMEIA Area Travel Leaders
•Review the roles and responsibilities of the in country travel managers and make recommendations of the structure going forward 
•Gain an understanding of the interrelation between the client-serving business, the internal customers, member firms, and key operational departments
•Nurture key stakeholder relationships in order to assist the business manage costs
•Manage relationships with contracted EMEIA airline suppliers
•Conduct formal monthly and quarterly contractual performance and business reviews with preferred airlines
•Manage and summarise airline reports prior to airline performance review meetings and formulate meeting strategy in conjunction with the Global Airline Category Leader
•Ensure strong reputation among airline suppliers through demonstrated ability to drive volume, control policy, monitor performance and deliver on contractual targets
•Establish and promote the vision and mission of Global Travel Services
•Build and manage key senior contacts/stakeholders within Regions, business units and service lines
•Promot and instigate change to support the Global Travel Strategy

The individual will be expected to work independently and at times to tight deadlines as well as interface with the firm leadership and continuously leverage strong working relationships with key internal constituents across EY.


•Proven corporate travel management background
•Advanced degree in a related discipline, typically Business and/or Supply Chain Management
•Excellent knowledge of the EMEIA Regional Travel Management 
•Ability to drive change, by building strong, trusting relationships with key customers at all levels
•Strong customer service focus and relationship management
•Ability to manage contracts and ensure delivery to performance targets
