Job Description

To work as part of a local team to maximise efficiencies on allocated client accounts. The role will involve proactively completing and managing non-technical client related tasks allowing technically trained team members to focus on the delivery of more complex areas. 


  • Provide research assistance during the engagement set up process
  • Provide assistance to engagement managers in setting up and maintaining client files
  • Liaise with clients on non-technical matters e.g. meeting arrangements, co-ordinating receipt of information etc
  • Co-ordinate projects to include both internal team and external contacts
  • Monitor the ASQ procedure, proactively reminding client teams to issue surveys and maintaining a status report
  • Update Interaction for client opportunities on allocated clients and as requested by client teams
  • Account specific budgeting and cost monitoring
  • Account specific billing and time analysis
  • Contribute to TTA network calls/events as required


  • Project co-ordination skills with ability to complete tasks on an accurate and timely basis
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and work proactively
  • Ability to manage upwards to ensure that the project deliverables meet the agreed timetable
  • Strong communicator, able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally via telephone, instant messaging and face to face and have a positive impact
