Job Description

►Work with Global Priority Risk Owners to facilitate their reporting responsibilities to the RM EC, gather critical risk information, and provide support with the consistent deployment of the ERM framework across EY.
►Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the global ERM strategy and methodology, and provide prioritized recommendations to the RM EC for review and approval
►Coordinate  the risk management activities of different stakeholder groups within EY to streamline efforts and ensure consistency in the application of the global ERM methodology
►Support the integration of EY’s ERM framework with strategic and operational planning activities
►Provide risk awareness and ERM training to business functions, service lines, and geographies
►Coordinate and facilitate ERM sessions for RM EC meetings  (and related preparations for GE sessions)
►Manage enterprise-wide risk assessment activities and refresh EY’s risk profile based on input from RM EC meetings
►Assist the RM EC and Risk Owners with the facilitation of risk validation and calibration sessions designed to refine the organization’s understanding of current risk exposures and risk response strategies


►Proven experience in Risk Management within a global professional services environment 
►Ability to engage confidently with members of the Global Executive, and other senior leaders both in the Regions and Executive
►Ability to network and build strong relationships within the RM community and across the organization
►Excellent presentation and facilitation skills: ability to communicate clearly, effectively  facilitate RM EC and other leadership meetings, 'think on one's feet', and respond effectively in a challenging group discussion environment
►Pragmatism and ability to demonstrate a practical approach to embedding ERM into the organization, striking the right balance between theory and reality with due consideration of organizational culture
►Excellent general knowledge of the business and economic environment and the ability to assess its impact on  EY's risk profile
►Patience, persistence and determination to achieve objectives
