These include but not limited to the following:
- Works in close collaboration with the Director of Facility Management in ensuring seamless work flow of responsibilities.
- Coordinates a team of technicians in daily assigned tasks.
- Must have a minimum of eight years relevant experience in Estate Management preferably within a University system or a large corporation.
- Should have excellent awareness of clients' needs and strong interpersonal relations skills.
- Bachelors Degree or HND in Estate Management
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel& Project Management
