As the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and effectively selling our innovative translation services via the telephone and through face-to-face meetings with customers in the UK and Europe.
Operating from our client's attractive offices in Epsom, you will build strong long-term relationships with customers in order to drive sales and maximise company revenue. You will develop an understanding of individual customer requirements and ensure that you offer the most appropriate services to suit these.
Additionally, you will attend network events and exhibitions and ensure that our client's reputation of excellence is upheld at all times.
- At least five years' sales experience
- Fluency in a second European language, in addition to English
- A degree
As the European Sales Manager, you must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Self-motivated and driven, you must have a customer focused approach and possess superb negotiation and influencing abilities.
Whilst not essential, a working knowledge of the psychometric industry would be beneficial to your application. Experience of working for a small enterprise would also be advantageous.
